This Train the Trainer course prepares participants to deliver FEMA''s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Basic Training course. If we have our own trainers, South Whidbey Prepares can offer many more classes than is possible for our Island County staff. Our goal is to have at least 5 CERT graduates in every neighborhood.
