Calling all health care folks: your community needs you!

If you are an actively practicing or retired health care professional - nurse, physician, respiratory therapist, first responder, EMT, CERT trained volunteer, spiritual leader with hospital or emergency response experience, or mental health provider - you are wanted. Please come join us for our second planning discussion: how this working group can best help. For our March meeting, we will continue these planning discussions. • What medical supplies and equipment should our neighbors have to best prepare themselves for a disaster? We started a great list - let's add to it!

• What can we all do within the first 30-60 minutes of a disaster, and what supplies and equipment would make this possible?

• And what are we willing and able to do until outside help arrives, days, weeks or months after a disaster?

• What equipment and supplies do we need to sustain our efforts?

• Where can we best provide care?

• Is there anything else we should be thinking about?
