Calling all health care folks: your community needs you!

If you are an actively practicing or retired health care professional - nurse, physician, respiratory therapist, first responder, EMT, CERT trained volunteer, spiritual leader with hospital or emergency response experience, or mental health provider - you are wanted. Please complete this form and bring it with you to the champions meeting or Health and Wellness Working Group meeting. With this information we can begin to build a complete picture of the skills among us that will promote the survival and Wellness of our neighbors.   If you cannot join us at this meeting but still want to contribute, please contact us!

Start thinking about this work in 3 phases:
1) how can we help our neighbors prepare in advance for a disaster (medications, supplies, refrigeration for injectables, oxygen, etc.)?
2) how can we best help during that golden hour after a disaster (triage, ABC's)?
3) how can we best assist following a disaster?
