Healthcare Prepares Working Group
One of the greatest challenges in any disaster is not having immediate access to health care. To address this critical need, we want to bring together health care professionals including nurses, physicians, respiratory therapists, first responders, EMTs, CERT-trained volunteers, spiritual leaders with hospital or emergency response experience, mental health therapists and social workers to ensure that physical and emotional health support can be accessible for each neighborhood.
