The South Whidbey Prepares CERT Working Group is a volunteer-driven program dedicated to preparing residents with the knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively during emergencies and disasters.

To join our team, individuals must also complete the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) free 24-hour training program through the Whidbey Island Department of Emergency Preparedness which is available free to Whidbey Island residents and employees who are at least 18 years old.

We are excited to gather and make our plans to be ready here on South Whidbey!
